EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT Cable & Pipe Sealing Grommets – 4–140 mm

EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT sealing grommets are one-piece airtight grommets designed for quick and reliable sealing of cable and pipe penetrations through windtight façade membranes. The range includes versions for penetration diameters from 4 mm to 140 mm and is intended for exterior applications.

Depending on the model, the grommets are equipped with flexible EPDM anti-kink sleeves from 20 to 60 mm high, providing a permanently flexible seal around cables or pipes. Integrated strain relief helps reduce mechanical load at the penetration.

Each version uses a self-adhesive and tear-resistant collar visually adapted for use with ventilated façade membranes. The collar uses an extremely strong polyacrylate adhesive and creates a permanent connection to the windtight layer.

The FassadenDICHT range is specified for temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C, is UV-resistant and halogen-free, and can be installed from +5 °C. The products comply with DIN 4108-7, DIN 18015-5 and GEG 2020.

Applications & Usage

The EISEDICHT FassadenDICHT grommets are intended for sealing cables and pipes where they pass through windtight façade membranes. Depending on the selected diameter range, the product can be used for telephone cables, electrical lines, antenna cables, pipework and similar penetrations.

An opening corresponding to the penetration diameter should be made in the windtight membrane. The correctly sized grommet is then bonded according to the manufacturer's installation instructions.

The flexible EPDM sleeve seals around the cable or pipe, while the self-adhesive collar forms the connection to the windtight façade layer.
